I will Animate a Photo, Image, Wallpaper for you, I only Animate the wallpaper and not make or draw them, you must provide the image to be worked on.

BASIC

• Simple Animation Character
• Effects only, does not include any movement on main subject

STANDARD

Effects and Movement on 'main' subject only

• character breathing, idle stance, swaying Part of character like Hand,Head, body etc.
• Logo, Object, Name, Title floating
• hair and clothes moving

PREMIUM

• Effects Movement on main and some 'background' subjects
• Movement camera
• will add audio effect if possible

Important :

• if you have source file will be better (PSD or anything)
