Leading all marketing strategy, digital infrastructure, and growth operations for Medsure RCS, a medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving healthcare providers across Florida. As CMO, I oversee the full marketing function end-to-end — from brand positioning and website architecture to content strategy, SEO, and multi-channel distribution. Website & Technical: Built and launched the company website on React, architected around a topical authority map covering 225+ pages across Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, Denial Management, Accounts Receivable, Appointment Scheduling, Credentialing, and specialty billing verticals. Responsible for all UI/UX, imagery, on-page SEO, and technical implementation. SEO & Content Strategy: Developed and executed a programmatic SEO strategy targeting Florida healthcare providers across high-intent billing and RCM keywords. Built full topical authority clusters covering Medicare, Medicaid, CPT Codes, ICD-10, HCPCS, HIPAA compliance, and specialty-specific billing workflows. Social Media & Brand: Designed and managed a 99-post social media content calendar across 33 service pages. Built brand voice, visual identity, and content production system across all platforms. Marketing Operations: Managing all project variables including content production pipelines, platform integrations, campaign planning, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization across all digital channels.
