Need a clean, laser-ready DXF or a flat pattern for a bent sheet metal part? I model your part as a real sheet metal body in Autodesk Fusion 360 and export an accurate flat pattern, so bends and bend reliefs are handled before the file goes to the laser.

Can you work from a photo or hand sketch?
Yes, if you also provide all relevant dimensions, material thickness and units. I will ask about missing measurements before starting.
What bend details do you need for a flat pattern?
Please provide material, thickness, inside bend radius and K-factor or your fabrication shop standard. We can agree on assumptions before I model the part.
Which files do I get?
A laser-ready DXF of the flat pattern. Depending on the package you also get a STEP model and a PDF drawing.
What do you need from me?
A sketch, photo, PDF or CAD file with dimensions, plus material thickness and, if you know it, the bend radius or K-factor.
Can you match my laser shop's settings?
Yes. Just tell me the bend radius and K-factor your shop uses, and I'll build the flat pattern with those values.
What if something needs changing?
Revisions are included as stated in your package.
