Will the chatbot actually know my business, or give generic answers?
It is trained on your website content and any documents you share, so it answers from your material. If it does not know something, it says so instead of inventing an answer.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website URL, any documents or FAQs the bot should know, and a short note on what it needs to handle. That is enough for me to begin.
Do I own the chatbot and the code?
Yes. Source code is included on every package, along with access to everything deployed. There is no lock in to me, and you can hand it to another developer any time.
