If you are not entirely satisfied with the design, you will get a full refund based on the given circumstances. However, once you request for revisions and tweaking phase of the design begins, this clause will no longer be available. Refunds are not allowed after the order is rated by you.

The social Media Kit covers perfectly scaled profile images and banners for the recommended social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, Youtube. These are mainly used for promotional and marketing purposes.

A Revision means a modification to the design that you like. But if you request a change in the entire logo concept after the first delivery, it cannot be considered as a revision request but as a new project. I request you to place an additional order for the same.

I highly recommend you to be as detailed as possible while providing me the initial instructions for the design. Providing the details at a later stage or giving half information is not entertained as it will only cause a delay in project completion duration and wastage of designing efforts.
