• Engineered core features for the FieldTrax operations platform (BrandSafway, US), leading its evolution from MVP v0.5 to stable production v1.0 by refactoring business logic and resolving critical legacy issues; also contributed to GENAISYS, Genpact’s internal invoicing and project management platform. • Designed and built scalable microservices and backend systems using .NET Core , exposing RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support internal workflows and third-party integrations. • Implemented asynchronous, event-driven communication between microservices using Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS), enabling reliable message queuing, improved fault tolerance, and decoupled system architecture for better scalability and performance. • Modernized legacy applications by migrating to the latest .NET framework and refactoring Entity Framework logic into optimized Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, improving SQL Server and PostgreSQL performance. • Integrated Amazon Bedrock–powered generative AI into GENAISYS invoicing workflows for automated data extraction, validation, and summarization, reducing manual effort and improving processing accuracy. • Enabled virtual assistant capabilities via API integrations within GENAISYS, automating invoicing and operational workflows and increasing platform efficiency and adoption. • Built an end-to-end predictive analytics engine where a .NET batch program invoked Python and Pickle-based ML models for tasks such as Propensity to Pay, Propensity to Dispute, and customer risk segmentation, with automated database integration, prediction processing, result updates, and dashboard visualization. • Owned the end-to-end development lifecycle in Azure DevOps, including user stories, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines, reducing manual release effort by 50%.Worked in Agile teams, collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
