Do you only prepare candidates for Amazon Interviews?
No. Amazon Leadership Principle interviews are one of my specialties, but I coach candidates for STAR/behavioral interviews across industries and levels. The same core approach- selecting strong examples, structuring them clearly, quantifying results, and preparing for follow-up questions.
What makes your interview coaching different?
I have extensive experience on both sides of the interview table as a senior leader, including at Amazon. I dont provide answers for you to memorize. I help you build a flexible library of strong STAR stories based on your experience, then prepare you to adapt those stories to different questions.
What should I send you before we begin?
Please provide your resume, the company and position you're interviewing for, your interview date-if scheduled, and any STAR stories on interview notes you've already prepared. If you're starting from scratch, thats completly fine - we can build from your experience together.
Can you help if I don't have STAR stories prepared yet?
Absolutely, many candidates have strong experiences but dont recognize which one makes compelling interview stories. I can help you identify the examples from your background and structure them into clear Situation, Task, Action, and Result responses with measurable impact whenever possible.
Can you guarentee I'll get the job?
No ethical interview coach can guarantee a hiring deicison. What I can do is help you enter the interview significantly better prepared, with stronger stories, clearer delivery, better understanding of likely follow-up questions, and a strategy for communicating your individual impact.
