Yes. All drawings are created to meet general US building standards. However, local code requirements vary, so sharing your city/county guidelines helps me prepare plans that match your area.
Do you provide multi-level floor plans?
Yes. I can draft single-level or multi-level plans. Multi-story projects will require a custom offer based on size and complexity.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive PDF + DWG files. If needed, I can also provide JPG, PNG, or scaled print-ready sheets.
Can you prepare a full architectural set?
Yes. I offer additional drawings such as site plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, MEP layouts, foundation plans, and egress plans. These can be added as gig extras.
