Before ordering:

• Please message me first if you have a custom request or unclear requirements
• Provide clear briefs, references, or brand guidelines (if any) to avoid delays

Revisions:

• Revisions must be requested within the delivery window
• Major concept changes (different from original brief) may count as a new revision or require an extra order

Files & usage:

• Source files (AI/PSD) are only included in Premium package or as a paid add-on
• Final files are for the buyer's use only; reselling or claiming as your own original design is not permitted
• I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Delivery & communication:

• Delivery times start after I receive all necessary materials/information from you
• Rush delivery available for an extra fee message me before ordering
• Please respond within 3 days during revision process to avoid order cancellation

Cancellations:

• Cancellations after work has started may not be eligible for a full refund
