Q1: Do I need to buy a VPS before ordering?
Not necessarily. Message me first and I'll recommend the right VPS based on your workflow volume. For most small businesses, Hetzner CX22 (€4.5/month) is more than enough. If you already have a VPS, even better — I work with any Linux provider.
Q2: What if I don't have a domain?
You'll need a domain for HTTPS/SSL to work. Any domain works — Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare. If you need help, I'll guide you through buying one (costs around $10/year).
Q3: Will my workflows migrate from n8n Cloud?
Yes. In the Premium package I can migrate up to 10 existing workflows for free. For Basic/Standard, you can export workflows from n8n Cloud as JSON and import them yourself — takes 2 minutes.
Q4: Can I run unlimited workflows?
Yes — that's the whole point of self-hosting. No execution limits, no per-workflow pricing. The only limit is your VPS resources, and a $5/month server handles thousands of executions per day.
Q5: What if something breaks after delivery?
Standard package includes 7 days of free support, Premium includes 14 days. If the issue is caused by my setup, I'll fix it for free even after the support window. If you need ongoing maintenance, I offer monthly support packages.
Q6: How do you handle access to my server?
I'll send you a checklist for creating a temporary deploy user with sudo access. You can revoke my access anytime after delivery. I never store credentials and follow standard DevOps security practices.
