Very positive first experience with Rafal. He reviewed and improved the document quickly, exactly as agreed, and communicated in a friendly and professional way throughout the process. The work was delivered fast and with good attention to detail. This was a first test project, and based on this experience we will definitely work with him again.

He also provided a Word version with tracked changes, making it easy to see exactly what had been improved. I really appreciate this extra transparency. A pleasure to work with again!
