About this gig
Step 1: Concept & Moodboard Development First, I will create 1 to 3 design concepts and moodboards (depending on the selected package). This helps us align on the visual direction, tone, and style before proceeding to the actual design phase.
Step 2: Master Key Visual (KV) Design Once the concept is approved, I will design the "Master KV" (the main poster artwork). If you select the Standard Campaign package, this step will also include the creation of 1 short motion graphic clip.
Step 3: Review & Revisions I will submit the Master KV for your feedback. You are entitled to 2 or 3 rounds of free revisions, depending on your package. (Note: The Master design must be fully approved and "locked" before we proceed to the media adaptation stage).
Step 4: Media Adaptation & Resizing After finalizing the Master KV, I will adapt and resize the artwork to fit your required online platforms, such as Facebook Posts, IG Stories, Page Covers, or LINE Rich Menus.
Step 5: Final Delivery Once everything is perfectly aligned with your needs, I will deliver the complete set of final files in your preferred formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, and source files like AI/PSD). The entire process takes between 3 to 10

What do I need to provide to get started?
-Your brand guidelines (logo, fonts, color palette, if any). -The exact text/copywriting you want to include on the poster. -High-resolution images or product photos (if you want me to use specific assets). -A brief description of your goal or target audience, and any reference styles you like.
Can I change the design completely during the revision phase?
Revisions cover adjustments to the current design layout, colors, typography, and minor element changes based on the chosen concept. It does not cover a complete redesign from scratch with a new concept. To ensure the best result, we will lock and finalize the Master KV design concept before moving
What does "Locking the Master KV" mean?
It means we must fully agree on and finalize the main poster design (Master Key Visual) first. Once you approve it, I will then proceed to adapt and resize it for other platforms (like IG Stories or LINE Rich Menus). This prevents layout errors and ensures consistency across all formats.
Will I get the editable source files?
Yes! If you purchase the Starter Campaign or Standard Campaign package, the editable source files (AI or PSD) are fully included at no extra cost. For the Sample package, you will receive high-quality final files in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats.
