The Excel file can include cabinet identification, dimensions, quantities, unit types, rooms, floors, countertop areas, linear footage, accessories, summaries and formula-based totals.
Do you provide cabinet quantities by SKU?
Yes. When cabinet nomenclature or a cabinet catalog is provided, I will organize the takeoff by SKU. Otherwise, I will use clear item descriptions, dimensions and identification codes.
Do you include cabinet accessories?
Yes. I can include fillers, panels, toe kicks, scribes, moldings, shelves, decorative panels and other accessories clearly shown in the drawings.
Do you include countertop takeoffs?
Yes. I can calculate countertop square footage, linear footage, backsplash, waterfall panels, finished edges and sink or appliance cutouts where sufficient information is provided.
Do you provide material or installation pricing?
Pricing is optional. Please provide your material and labor price list, or contact me to agree on the pricing basis before ordering.
Can you handle multifamily and commercial projects?
Yes. I can provide takeoffs by building, floor, unit type and room. Larger projects will normally be handled through a custom offer.
