I will fix, debug, and optimise your broken n8n, zapier, or makecom automation workflow

About this gig
Your automation was supposed to save you time. Instead it's failing silently, running at the wrong times, or producing data errors you have to manually clean up. I fix that.
I audit, debug, and rebuild broken automations on n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and custom API setups fast, with clear communication about exactly what was wrong and how I fixed it.
Common issues I solve every day:
Zaps or scenarios that trigger incorrectly or not at all
API authentication errors and expired tokens
Data mapping mistakes causing wrong fields to update
Webhook timeouts and delivery failures
Loops running infinitely or not running at all
Rate limit errors crashing workflows under load
n8n workflows breaking after platform updates
Scenarios consuming too many operations unnecessarily
What makes my fixes different:
I don't just patch the symptom I find the root cause
I add proper error handling so it won't silently break again
I explain what was wrong in plain English, not jargon
I test with live data before marking delivery complete
I document the fix so you understand what changed
Send me a screenshot of the error, a description of what the workflow should do, and access to the platform.

FAQ
How quickly can you fix my automation?
Most Basic fixes are done within 24 hours. Standard audits take 1–2 days. Rebuilds are typically 3–5 days depending on complexity. Message me with your error and I'll give you a more specific estimate.
What access do you need to fix my workflow?
I'll need collaborator or login access to your automation platform (Zapier, Make, or n8n) and read access to any connected apps involved in the broken flow. I work securely and never store credentials after the project.
What if you cant fix it?
I'll tell you honestly before starting if I think the problem is beyond a fix and needs a rebuild — and I'll quote the rebuild separately rather than charging for a fix that won't hold. I don't take money for work that won't deliver results.
My workflow was built by someone else - can you still fix it?
Absolutely — I audit and fix other people's builds regularly. Give me access and a description of what it's supposed to do, and I'll document what I find before touching anything so you have a full picture first.
