We will use Microsoft Quick Assist for the remote session. You will receive a temporary security code and must approve the connection from your PC. You can end the session at any time.
How will we communicate during the service?
We will communicate directly through Discord during the session. This allows us to discuss your PC, preferences, and any issues in real time.
Do I need to give you my Windows password?
No. You do not need to provide your Windows, Microsoft, email, banking, or other personal passwords.
