About this Gig
It is a POS & inventory web app for retail shops. It covers selling , stock, suppliers, customer and reports. The interface works in English & can be installed on phones and tablets.
Modules:
1. Settings. To log in, you tap your profile photo and enter a 4-digit PIN.
2. Dashboard. The landing page has four KPI cards: today's sales, bills, products and what customers owe.
3. Products. This shows the full catalog.
4. Categories. Categories can be nested, with English names and icons.
5. Raw Queue. Items registered quickly at the counter appear here one at a time.
6. Sales (POS). The New Sale screen lets you:scan or search for items and reports
7. Orders. These are customer bookings for pickup or delivery.
8. Customers. records with credit balances.
9. Suppliers. Supplier list with photo and city, and a balance owed.
10. Stock Arrivals. This records incoming stock in sessions.
11. Inventory. Has stock adjustments with six reasons (stock count, breakage, damage, lost/stolen, found extra, correction) and five tabs:
12. Khata (Ledger). A central, read-only view of both customer receivables and supplier payables.
13. Expenses. Monthly view with category filters.
