About this gig
Most AI chatbots make things up, and you only find out when a customer quotes one back at you.
I build agents that answer from your documents and show you where each answer came from. If the answer is not in your content, it says so instead of inventing one.

Will it make things up?
It answers from your content and cites the source for each answer. When the content does not cover the question, it is built to say so rather than guess. No system is perfect, which is why every answer is traceable back to a passage you can check.
Which AI model do you use?
Usually OpenAI, Claude or Gemini, depending on your budget and how sensitive the content is. I will tell you honestly when the cheaper model is good enough for your use case, because often it is.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You do, on your own API account, and you keep control of it. Running costs are usually a few dollars a month for small internal use. I will estimate it for your volume before you order.
What types of documents can it use?
PDFs, Word documents, text files, spreadsheets, and pages on a site you own. Scanned documents work too, though accuracy depends on the scan quality. If you are unsure, send me two or three samples and I will tell you honestly before you order.
Can it handle real-time queries?
Yes. Answers come back in a few seconds, because the agent queries your indexed content live rather than regenerating it. New or changed documents appear once re-indexed, which can run on a schedule. I do not promise a fixed response time - it depends on the model and hosting you choose.
