I will deploy or migrate your app to AWS ecs fargate
Senior Cloud Engineer
About this Gig
I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with 5+ years in DevOps. I've moved production workloads from EC2 to ECS before with minimal downtime, and I can help you do the same without turning it into a months-long project.
This gig covers two things: deploying a containerized app on ECS Fargate, or planning a safe EC2-to-ECS migration. Depending on the package, you get the ECS service design, task sizing, ALB and networking guidance, CloudWatch setup notes, and a deploy path you can repeat.
You don't need to hand over root access. A least-privilege IAM role is enough. I don't rewrite your application code I handle the AWS and container side.
Message me with what you're running today (EC2, on-prem, or just a Docker image) and your region. I'll point you to the right package.

FAQ
My app is still on a single EC2 instance. Is ECS overkill?
Not always. If deploys are manual and scaling is painful, ECS Fargate is usually simpler than people expect. Basic is a good fit — I’ll tell you honestly if it’s worth it.
Will there be downtime during migration?
The plan is built to avoid it. Old and new run side by side behind the load balancer, traffic shifts gradually, and we keep a rollback option until things are stable.
My app isn’t dockerized yet. Can you still help?
Yes, add the “Dockerize my app” extra, or start with Basic and we’ll scope it properly. I don’t rewrite app code, but the container side is covered.
ECS or EKS — which should I pick?
If you don’t already need Kubernetes, ECS is usually the simpler and cheaper choice. I have a separate EKS gig if you do need Kubernetes.
Do you need root access to my AWS account?
No. A least-privilege IAM role is enough. Never share root credentials in chat.
Can you also set up CI/CD for deployments?
Yes, GitLab, GitHub Actions or Jenkins style pipelines. Add the CI/CD extra or ask for a custom offer.
