What do you need to get started?
I need your store details, brand assets, product information, preferred style, and required features. If you already have a Shopify store, I’ll request collaborator access. Please do not send your password.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
Yes. Send your store URL and explain what you want to improve. I’ll review the requested changes and confirm the scope before starting.
Can you build a dropshipping store?
Yes. I can connect one agreed supplier app and import products within your package allowance. You choose and approve the products, supplier, pricing, and shipping arrangements. Product research is quoted separately.
Do you provide a premium theme?
Theme purchase fees are separate. I can customize a suitable free theme or a paid theme you have licensed for your store.
Are Shopify and app subscriptions included?
No. Shopify plans, domains, paid themes, app subscriptions, and transaction fees are separate from my service price. I’ll identify any paid tools needed for the agreed scope.
Will I be able to update the store myself?
Yes. I’ll provide a recorded walkthrough showing how to update products, content, and the sections configured for your store.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. I build the agreed storefront and check the shopping experience. Sales also depend on your products, pricing, traffic, fulfillment, and marketing.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a consolidated round of changes to the agreed design or setup. Additional pages, new features, extra products, or a new design direction require additional scope.
What does post-delivery support cover?
Support covers questions and fixes related to the work delivered during your package’s support period. New features, ongoing store management, and changes caused by third-party updates are quoted separately.
Can you add custom features?
Please message me with the feature details first. Custom sections, complex integrations, migrations, and other development work need a separate assessment and quote.
