I will make a telephone complaint/compliment etc

Ever felt you don't get complimented by customers enough, or a colleague not pulling their weight at work? I am able to phone up a business to make a false business inquiry, complain about someone or a service, compliment a member of staff or just tell them they treat their employees badly. Great for revenge but also for those whos hard work is over looked. I can be very posh and British, or work my slight Aussie twang.
