I will build a custom ai text classifier for your data

About this gig
Sorting incoming messages, tickets, emails, or documents by hand doesn't scale, and generic AI tools are expensive and send your data to someone else's servers.
I build you a custom AI model that does one sorting job accurately: routing support tickets, tagging documents, flagging messages, or organising anything text-based into your own categories. It's fine-tuned on your data so it understands your business, runs cheaply on a normal CPU, and stays on your own systems so your data is private.
No training data? That's the usual case, and it's not a problem. I generate and quality-check a training set for you. Every model ships with an honest accuracy report measured on held-out data, so you know exactly how it performs before you rely on it, and it comes ready to plug into your app.
Why me: I'm the author of GroundCheck, an open-source AI model that beats GPT-4 at catching mistakes on a public test (on GitHub, Hugging Face and PyPI), and I've shipped small, specialised text models that have been used since 2021.
Tell me what you need sorted, and I'll confirm the right package before you order.

FAQ
What kind of text can it sort?
Any text into your own categories supports tickets, emails, documents, product listings, and chat messages. You define the categories; I build the model to match them.
I don't have training data — is that a problem?
No. I generate and quality-check a training set for you. Real examples speed things up, but you don't need a prepared dataset to start.
How accurate will it be, and how do I know?
I measure it on held-out data the model never saw, and give you a per-category report, no cherry-picking. If a category lags, I will tell you and improve the data.
Will my data stay private?
Yes. The model runs on your own systems and is yours to keep; nothing is sent to a third-party AI service.
Why not just use ChatGPT's API?
For one well-defined sorting task, a small specialist matches or beats a big LLM at a fraction of the cost and latency, sub-second on a CPU, with no per-call fees, and it stays private and yours.
