Can you review my requirements before I place an order?
Yes. Please share your requirements, data format, number of accounts, period covered and expected deliverables. I will review the scope and confirm the appropriate package, deliverables and pricing before you place the order.
What information do you need to start the financial analysis?
I typically need the financial data file, reporting period, number of accounts, business requirements and any existing budget or forecast. I will confirm the exact requirements after reviewing the scope.
Can you work with data from accounting software or ERP systems?
Yes. I can analyze financial data exported from accounting software or ERP systems. Please provide the required data in a usable format such as Excel or CSV. I do not require direct access to your accounting or ERP system.
Can you provide ongoing financial reporting and FP&A support?
Yes. Ongoing support can be discussed based on the reporting frequency, data volume, business requirements and scope of work. The scope and pricing will be confirmed before starting.
What does "number of accounts" mean in your packages?
In my packages, an account means a business entity, company, or reporting entity. It does not refer to an individual bank account, GL account, or software login.
What if my data or project requirements are larger or more complex than the package scope?
I can work with both small and large datasets. Pricing depends on transaction volume, data structure and preparation required, as well as entities, reporting period and deliverables. Complex or unstructured data, extensive manual preparation or additional requirements may require a custom quote.
Can I request additional financial visualizations?
Yes. Premium includes relevant financial visualizations within the agreed FP&A scope. Basic and Standard packages can add up to 2 additional financial charts or visualizations for $25. Additional visualization requirements can be quoted separately.
