Depending on your selected package, you will receive a high-quality 3D CAD model (STEP/IGES), production-ready 2D DXF flat patterns for CNC laser cutting, detailed engineering fabrication drawings with bending lines, and a complete Bill of Materials (BOM).

While I focus purely on the design and documentation, I design everything using standard, market-available materials (as specified in the BOM) to make it easy for you or your chosen fabricator to source locally.

My designs focus on functional geometry, proper material thickness, and sturdy chassis mounting points. Since road regulations vary heavily by country and region, please provide any specific local compliance constraints or requirements before we start the design process.

Every package includes revisions to adjust dimensions, minor styling changes, or tweak tolerances for your specific fabrication shop. Please note that major changes, such as switching to a completely different vehicle model midway, are not covered under standard revisions.

Yes! A rough sketch, reference photos, or a basic concept idea is a great starting point. However, please remember that unless your project is for a Toyota Hilux Revo, you must also provide accurate 3D scan data or clear chassis blueprints to guarantee a perfect physical fit.
