FAQ
What information do you need?
I need website details, admin credentials, cPanel and FPT credentials. And work details.
What work you do on Opencart?
I do all Opencart related works e.g. customization, extension development, theme installation and setup, bug fixes, Opencart version upgrade without losing data, extension upgrade/downgrade and making it compatible with opencart version.
Do you work on fixed price or hourly basis?
Both. I work on fixed price as well as hourly basis.
I'm not sure what's wrong with my store — can you help diagnose it?
Yes! Share your admin access and describe the symptoms. I'll identify the issue and tell you exactly what's needed before any work begins.
How fast do you typically respond?
Usually within 1 hour, often faster. I'm active daily and won't leave you waiting.
Will upgrading my OpenCart version break my existing extensions?
It can, but I test everything before and after. I'll tell you upfront if any extensions are at risk and handle compatibility fixes as part of the upgrade.
Do you offer post-delivery support?
Yes — I stand behind my work. If something isn't right after delivery, I'll fix it.

Ongoing collaborationThe company that host my opencart website did a pho upgrade, which broke my website. They spent several days trying to fix it and couldn't. Pradeep accepted the work and had it fixed the same day and a very affordable price. He will be my first port of call in future for any issues with my website, big or small. I would highly recommend.
