About me
I find what's getting in the way of a better product - then help fix it, from strategy through to design.
I can support you with: Product Design & Strategy | UX Research | Product and UX audits | User flows | Information Architecture | Prototyping | Usability Improvements
I take a systemic approach to product problems. Analysing beyond individual screens and features to identify friction, value leakage and opportunities across the wider product experience - then translate those findings into a user centred product that can also create value for the business. Web or app.
