I can note obvious cuts, gaps or odd changes that I hear, and I'll say so in the report. But this isn't a formal authenticity finding. If you need one for court, you'll need a certified forensic examiner.
Can you identify who is speaking?
No. I can describe what a voice sounds like and how many speakers I can hear, but I don't make voice identification claims. That needs specialist testing.
Do I have to pay before you look at it?
No. Send me 30 to 60 seconds first. I'll tell you honestly what I can do, and if it isn't worth ordering, I'll say so.
Is my recording kept private?
Yes. It's never shared or reused, and I delete it after delivery. NDA on request.
What if I can't hear anything useful after your work?
Then the report says exactly that, and why. I won't guess or invent words. A clear "this can't be recovered" is still useful if you're deciding what to do next.
