The seller was responsive and put in good effort, especially with revisions. Communication was smooth and they were willing to make adjustments. The visuals were decent, but the final video didn’t fully capture the immersive, engaging feel I was aiming for. Overall, a solid experience, but just not exactly the style I was looking for.

Communication and response time is great. Project was poor quality and completely missed the bar. Took about 14 days for me to get it back with revisions and it still didn’t meet my standard and was not what I asked for at all. There seems to be a lack of editing skills as well it was almost like a PowerPoint...
