Probably Rational is a UK based mobile app and web design agency founded in 2016, we are based on the University of Lincoln campus in the Enterprise building known as Sparkhouse. We are a mix of graduates and current students studying computer science, our team has a wide range of skills from mobile development to back end services. Probably Rational focuses on bespoke development for clients, but also runs a small number of public services such as web hosting and SaSS products.

Meet the team
At our core is Zach and Tom, both of which are graduated of computer science and will work daily on your project, both will be in close contact throughout development keeping you up to date on all aspects of the work.
Do you offer support?
Yes! All of our services are provided with support to fix bugs and errors (in the unlikely event they are caused by us) and for for security fixes for 3 months after development. We can also offer maintenance support to make changes or add features which we are happy to negotiate.
Will I get the source code?
Yes! The source code will be sent over to you at the end of development!
Can the app be made in one month?
Sometimes! This depends highly on the requirements of the project. Some mobile apps can take longer but we are always honest and upfront about how long a project will take. Get in touch to get an estimate now!
What mobile frameworks do you use?
We build all of our mobile apps using the Flutter framework developed by Google to be a cross-platform solution.
What web frameworks do you use?
Back end services are built using the Laravel framework, this allows us to prototype quickly and build robust back end API's that will scale effortlessly with your application after release.
Can I beta test the app during development?
We will release regular builds with updates and fixes through Test flight (Apple) or the play store (Android) so you can follow along with progress on your own device
What will my app look like?
When building apps we keep the Material (Android) and Cupertino (iOS) guidelines in mind while matching the designs as close as possible to ensure the application can look as consistent as possible across platforms
