You've got an app. Maybe you built it with Lovable, Replit, Bolt or Cursor. Maybe a dev built it and left. Maybe it's still an idea and you want a real number before you hire anyone.

Here's what I do. We get on a call. I read your code or your plan. Then I hand you a short written memo:

• what's actually there and what's missing
• what breaks first under real users and real payments
• what to fix or build, in what order
• a real estimate for the build, with the assumptions written down

No 40-page report. No sales pitch dressed up as an audit. About five hours of my time, back to you in a few days.
