Does this work with Gmail, Outlook, or any provider?
Yes, any standard IMAP mailbox. For Gmail/Outlook, you'll generate an app password (I'll explain how)
Do you need my email password?
No plain passwords are ever handled by me directly. You enter your app password once into your own private instance's settings.
Will emails be sent automatically?
No. The AI only prepares draft replies. Nothing is ever sent without you reviewing and sending it yourself.
Does it detect appointments automatically?
Yes, if an email mentions a meeting or deadline, you'll see a suggested calendar entry with a one-click download (.ics) or Google Calendar link. Nothing is added to your calendar without you clicking it yourself.
Can I change the AI provider later?
Yes, anytime, through the built-in settings page. No code changes needed.
What happens after I place an order?
I'll message you to confirm your mailbox provider and preferred AI provider, then deliver according to your package.
Do you host this for me?
