Cut load times massively in one of the services: replaced heavy entity fetch with Dto projection + targeted @Query and async orchestration; reduced admin listing from ~3–4 min to ~22–27s (≈86–91%). Wired FE to use new API. Delivered a frontend feature that required aligning backend data exposure and UI templates, including integration of branded assets and PDFs. Strengthened authentication and error handling: refined access rules, added public health checks, and standardized how technical failures surface to clients. Migrated an existing frontend from an older framework to a modern build system, cutting build times and removing dependency issues. Fixed CI/CD pipeline instability by updating plugins, correcting test result collection, and standardizing Node runtime versions. Introduced proactive monitoring with scheduled health checks and Grafana alerts to spot outages early. Adjusted data contracts and frontend logic to expose missing business fields, resolving gaps between UI and backend data. Refined financial product calculations to ensure correct handling of contract term and start date across scenarios. Built and deployed cloud infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code: container registry, application hosting, CDN, and sandbox routing via reverse proxy. Improved local developer experience with in-memory DB access, richer test data, and clearer debugging flows.
