Here, I will effectively model the behavior of dynamic systems, using either Silico or Stella Architect software for system dynamics modeling. Such a modeling approach would allow an in-depth understanding of various financial scenarios and, therefore, attain a deeper understanding of complex relationships and feedback loops driving processes of financial outcomes. The model will be based on key financial variables and parameters that will form the basis of simulation execution and, in fact, display time dynamics of various strategies and decisions. In fact, I plan to make many simulations to investigate the impact of various factors on financial performance, assess related risks, and select the best paths from the point of view of decision-making. This increases the predictive power of the model, as it allows for scenario planning to take place in which stakeholders can conceptualize and consider the consequences of their actions within a changing environment.
