Our Work-Flow:

1- Concept Development: Brainstorm multiple concepts and present them to you with their pros and cons, then select the one that aligns with your vision.

2- 3D CAD Design: Moving from a concept, we will develop the 3D model of the product in the design software (SolidWorks or Inventor) for various manufacturing processes.

3- Optimising the Design: Next to the 3D model, we will optimize the design as per the manufacturing process (rapid prototyping, injection mold or metal fabrication etc)

4- Technical Documentation & Deliverables: Develop a detailed 2D technical drawing, BOMs, patent drawings for patent filing, and other technical details to facilitate a seamless manufacturing process. Deliverables contain all CAD file formats (STEP, STL etc.) required to get the first Prototype of your product.
