I'm not technical — can I still explain what's wrong?
Yes. A screen recording, a screenshot of the error, or even "the login button doesn't work" is enough for me to start. You don't need to know any code terms.
Do you need access to my code or my Lovable/Base44/Bolt account?
I'll need view or edit access to your project (or the exported code). I'll tell you exactly what I need before you order, and I treat your project as confidential.
What if you can't fix it in the time you quoted?
If a bug turns out to be bigger than expected once I'm inside the code, I'll tell you immediately and we'll agree on next steps before I go over scope — no surprise charges.
Will the fix hold up, or will it break again?
I fix root causes, not symptoms, and I test before delivery. I also give you a written summary of what changed so a future fix (by me or anyone else) is easier.
Can you also build new features, not just fix bugs?
