I am a tech professional with a background in investigations and statutory compliance.
Much of my work is characterised by an approach of scoping thoroughly before deploying resources. With the rise of AI, I have pivoted my independent study to include AI architecture and API usage, recently building a CRM for a small boutique business, with a focus on turning business requirements into structured workflows, usable UI, and a working system.
