What file formats do you accept for resumes?
I accept PDF (.pdf) and Word (.docx) files. If you have scanned images or other formats, message me first and I'll check if I can help.
What details can you extract from a resume?
I extract Name, Email, Phone Number, and Technical Skills (from a database of 40+ skills like Python, SQL, Java, Excel, Power BI, etc.). For Premium orders, I can also extract Education and Work Experience using advanced NLP.
Can you handle bulk/batch resume processing?
Yes! My Standard package handles up to 20 resumes, and Premium handles unlimited resumes. I deliver a clean CSV or Excel file with all extracted data organized in columns.
Will I get the Python code/script?
The Standard and Premium packages include the Python script (.py file or Jupyter Notebook). You can reuse it for future resume parsing. The Basic package includes output only, no code.
What if my resume format is different or the extraction misses something?
I've tested my parser on various resume formats. But if something is missed, I offer free revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). Just send me the details and I'll fix it quickly.
