Yes. I hold the QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification (Certified ProAdvisor) and three Xero certifications: Certified Associate (Level 1), Certified Professional (Level 2) and Certified Specialist (Level 3). I also have an MBA in Accounting.
Do you have experience with ecommerce bookkeeping?
I have 13 years of experience in branch-level accounting and financial reporting. My portfolio includes sample UK and US ecommerce catch-up projects covering Amazon, Shopify, PayPal, bank and credit card reconciliation.
Can you handle full ecommerce bookkeeping in QuickBooks and Xero?
Yes. I record sales, refunds, fees and payouts, categorize transactions, and reconcile bank, credit card and PayPal accounts in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
What do you need from me to start?
An invitation to your QuickBooks or Xero file, plus bank, card, PayPal and sales platform reports for the period. I never need your bank passwords
What counts as a transaction?
Each line on a bank, card or PayPal statement. Transactions are counted across all your accounts together, not per account.
Can you catch up on previous months?
Yes. Message me the number of months and approximate transactions before ordering, and I will confirm the right package or send a custom offer.
Do you handle sales tax or VAT?
I record and reconcile sales tax and VAT entries in your books. I do not file returns or give tax advice, so please confirm filings with your tax professional
