I will secure and troubleshoot your ubuntu plesk or cpanel server
Ecommerce and Marketplace Integration Engineer
About this Gig
A shop can look healthy while its server is one full disk, broken backup or abuse warning away from downtime.
I diagnose and stabilize Ubuntu servers running Plesk or cPanel, with special attention to ecommerce workloads. The review can cover CPU and memory pressure, disk capacity and inodes, I/O wait, RAID and SMART health, PHP-FPM, OPcache, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Apache or Nginx, cron jobs, queues, SSL, DNS, logs, firewall rules, Fail2ban and suspicious activity.
For backup work, I can design an independent object-storage bucket workflow with encryption, versioning, retention and restore testing. A scheduled task saying successful is not enough; the recovery path must also be checked.
You receive a scoped plan, evidence, controlled changes, validation and a clear handover. I do not promise zero downtime, perfect security or a guaranteed performance score. Emergency response, compromised-server cleanup and large migrations require review before ordering.
Supported shop stacks include WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop and custom PHP commerce applications. Application-code changes are scoped separately.

FAQ
Can you work on WooCommerce, Magento or custom ecommerce servers?
Yes. I support WooCommerce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop and custom PHP commerce servers. Application-code changes are scoped separately.
Do you repair RAID or replace failed disks?
I inspect Linux software RAID, SMART health, capacity and filesystem symptoms, then prepare a safe recovery plan. Physical disk replacement remains with the host or datacenter.
Can you respond to a hosting abuse notice?
Yes, after reviewing the notice and server evidence. I can contain the issue, preserve logs, review vulnerable services and prepare a factual remediation response. Delisting is not guaranteed.
Will you need root access?
Some checks and changes require privileged access. Use a temporary auditable account where possible, then remove or rotate access after handover. Never send secrets in public chat.
