You'll receive an organized Excel or CSV file with the agreed fields, such as company name, website, contact name, job title, business email, location and company size.
Each list is checked against your brief, with no duplicates. Send your existing contact list if you'd like those records excluded. If you need a specific CRM import layout, share the template before I begin.

What information do you need to get started?
Please share your target industry, location, company size and preferred contact roles, along with any exclusions. Tell me which spreadsheet fields you need and send a few examples of ideal prospects if you have them. Please message me before ordering so I can check availability
What information will my prospect list include?
We’ll agree the fields before starting. These can include company name, website, contact name, job title, business email, location, industry and company size. Availability varies by target market, so I’ll confirm what I can supply before you order.
Are these prospects interested in buying my services?
The prospects will match our agreed targeting criteria, but they have not been contacted to establish buying interest. This service provides prospect research and contact lists. Outreach, sales conversations and appointment booking are not included.
Are the email addresses verified?
Please discuss your verification requirements with me before ordering. Separate email verification is included only when explicitly agreed. Where included, I’ll provide the verification status, bur realistically no verification tool can 100% guarantee that every email will be delivered.
Can you exclude contacts I already have?
Yes. Send your existing company domains or email addresses before I begin, and I’ll exclude matching records. Delivered lists are also checked for duplicate contacts. Unless we agree otherwise, I’ll provide one contact per company.
What format will I receive, and what if a record is incorrect?
You’ll receive an organized Excel or CSV file. If you need a specific CRM import format, send the template before I start. I’ll replace duplicate records or prospects that don’t match our agreed criteria. A prospect not replying or declining your offer does not qualify for replacement
