I build AI agents that handle a specific, defined job in your business. This includes answering customer questions from your own information, qualifying inbound leads before they reach sales, researching a topic and returning a usable summary, or acting as an internal assistant that can look things up and take action.

Unlike a basic chatbot, these agents are built to do something: they can access your data (a knowledge base, CRM, database) and call specific tools (looking something up, checking a calendar, writing a record) so output is grounded and usable, not a generic AI reply.

Typical use cases: a lead-qualification agent that reads an enquiry and routes it to sales; a support agent that answers common questions from your documentation; a research agent that gathers and summarizes information; an internal knowledge assistant for "where do I find X" questions.

I use OpenAI and Claude depending on the task, with structured outputs so responses plug directly into another system. For anything sensitive, I build in a human-approval step by default.
