I design and build automation workflows in n8n that connect your everyday tools and use AI (OpenAI or Claude) to handle the parts of a process that used to require a person's judgment.
Useful if you're currently doing any of this by hand: responding to inbound leads, moving data between a form, inbox, spreadsheet and CRM, sending follow-ups, generating summaries from raw data, or routing tasks to the right person.
I build the workflow in your n8n instance, connect it to your tools (Gmail, Sheets, Notion, Telegram, Supabase, a CRM, or anything with an API), and use OpenAI or Claude for the AI steps: classifying messages, drafting responses, summarizing content, or routing decisions.
You get a tested, working workflow in your own n8n account, a short explanation of how it works, and support fixing anything that doesn't work during delivery.

FAQ
Do I need to already have n8n set up?
No — if you're on n8n Cloud or self-hosted, I can work in your existing instance. If you don't have one yet, tell me and I'll advise on the simplest setup for your case.
Do you need my passwords to connect my apps?
No. For each app I'll ask you to add me as a collaborator in n8n, or generate a scoped API key/OAuth connection yourself, which you enter directly into n8n's credential manager.
Who pays for OpenAI or Claude API usage?
You do, directly on your own OpenAI/Anthropic account. My fee covers building and configuring the workflow, not ongoing AI usage, which is usually a small monthly cost based on volume.
