Every month I copy your site to a staging area and run the updates there first: core, theme, plugins. If something breaks, it breaks on the copy, not on the site your customers see. Only safe updates go live.

FAQ
Will you update my site without telling me?
No. I test every update on a staging copy first. You get a short report at the end of each month showing exactly what changed, what I fixed, and anything I recommend for next month.
What if my site goes down or gets hacked during the month?
Message me and I will start working on it right away. Malware cleanup and blacklist removal are included in the Standard and Premium plans. On Basic you can add them as an extra.
Do I need to give you my hosting login?
WordPress admin access is enough for most months. For backups, speed work or a server-side issue I will ask for cPanel or hosting access too. I never share your credentials and you can change them any time.
Can you maintain a WooCommerce store with live orders?
Yes. I work during your low-traffic hours and test checkout, payments and cart after every update round, so your customers never hit a broken step.
Where are my backups stored?
Off-site, not only on your hosting account. If your server fails, your backup is still safe and I can restore your site from it.
What counts as a small edit?
Text changes, image swaps, adding a blog post, fixing a link, small layout or spacing tweaks. Anything bigger, like a new page design or custom development, I will quote separately before starting.
Can I cancel or pause the plan?
Yes. There is no lock-in. If you subscribe for 3 or 6 months you get a discount, but you are free to stop whenever you want.
