Before you invest in prototypes, tooling, or production, get your product reviewed by a mechanical engineer.
I evaluate your design against clear engineering criteria and deliver a structured report that shows what works, what will cause problems, and what to fix first.
REVIEW CRITERIA:

- Geometry and structure (wall thickness, weak spots, load paths)

Q: What do I need to send you?
A: Ideally a CAD file (STEP, STL, or native). Photos, drawings, or a physical sample also work. Tell me what the product does, who uses it, and how many pieces you plan to make.
Q: Which criteria do you evaluate?
A: Basic covers manufacturability, material, and function/fit. Standard and Premium add geometry and structure, ergonomics, assembly and maintenance, and cost drivers.
Q: Do you change my CAD model?
A: No. This gig is a review. Premium includes concrete improvement proposals with visual markups. If you want the changes built into your model, you can order my product design gig.
Q: Do you run simulations (FEA)?
A: No. The structural part is a qualitative engineering assessment of weak spots and load paths. If your part needs a simulation or certification, I will tell you.
Q: How does the Premium call work?
A: After delivery we walk through the report in a 15-minute video call in Zoom.
Q: Is my design kept confidential?
A: Yes. Your files and information are treated as strictly confidential and never shared.
