Will you build or deploy the automations?
No. This service delivers a written audit and implementation blueprint. Calls, integrations, code, deployment and ongoing monitoring are excluded.
Do you guarantee savings or ROI?
No. Estimates depend on your evidence and stated assumptions. Recovered capacity is separated from cash savings. No revenue or ROI is guaranteed.
What counts as a revision?
Clarification or correction using the original evidence and agreed scope. New workflows or substantial new datasets require a separate offer. Revision rounds are 1 for Basic, 1 for Standard and 2 for Premium.
What information do you need?
Workflow steps, tools, owners, monthly volumes and redacted examples such as SOPs, screenshots or sample reports. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Will every recommendation use AI?
No. I consider elimination, simplification and standardization first. Rule-based automation may be better. Consequential decisions retain human review.
Can I see a sample?
Yes. The portfolio blueprint demonstrates the method using a fictional agency. Its inputs and estimates are simulated, not verified client results.
