I will configure a german sip trunk for 3cx or asterisk
About this Gig
Do you already have a German SIP trunk and need it connected properly to 3CX or Asterisk?
I will configure the trunk, map your phone numbers, create the required inbound and outbound routes, and test the complete call path with you. I work with registration-based and IP-based trunks, depending on your provider and system.
This service can include:
SIP credentials or IP authentication
German number and area-code formatting
inbound and outbound call routing
outbound caller ID
codec and audio checks
test calls and a short configuration summary
This Gig is specifically for connecting an active SIP trunk to an existing 3CX or Asterisk system. It is not a general PBX troubleshooting session, a new phone-system installation, or a 3CX migration.
Please message me before ordering with your provider, PBX version, number of phone numbers, and required call flow. Then we both know which package fits and what access is needed.

FAQ
Which German SIP providers do you support?
I can work with many common German business SIP providers, including documented CompanyFlex and easybell setups. Please send me the provider name and exact product before ordering so I can confirm compatibility with your PBX version.
Do you provide the SIP trunk, phone numbers, licences, or call credit?
No. The trunk must already be ordered and active. This Gig covers the technical connection and configuration only.
Can you also fix one-way audio or registration errors?
Yes, when the issue is directly related to the new trunk configuration. Existing firewall, network, server, or unrelated PBX problems are outside this Gig and need a separate troubleshooting order.
Do you install a new 3CX or Asterisk system?
No. A working existing PBX is required. New installations, migrations, major upgrades, and rebuilds are intentionally separate services.
What access do you need?
Usually temporary remote access to the PBX administration, the provider's trunk details, and a reachable test extension. Firewall or router access may also be needed for IP-based authentication or specific SIP and RTP rules.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one adjustment round to settings already included in the ordered package. Extra trunks, additional DIDs, a new call flow, a second PBX, or unrelated fault repair require a separate offer.
