I will migrate and configure your 3cx business phone system
About this Gig
Planning a move to 3CX should start with a clear scope, not a rushed cutover.
I help small and medium-sized businesses plan and configure a 3CX phone system. Depending on the package, this can include a readiness review, user and extension planning, SIP trunk setup, inbound and outbound routing, office hours, ring groups or queues, call testing and handover notes.
Support is available in English or German. I work under prpg_digital and bring hands-on experience from a real 3CX customer implementation. Customer details stay confidential.
Before ordering, please send your current system, user count, sites, SIP provider and target date. I will confirm whether the package fits.
This Gig covers planned 3CX migration and configuration. It does not cover general Asterisk, FreePBX or SIP troubleshooting.
Licences, hosting, phones, SBC hardware, carrier charges and number-porting fees are not included. Emergency recovery, custom integrations, multi-site setups and work beyond the package hours require a custom offer.

FAQ
How is this different from your troubleshooting Gig?
This Gig is for a planned move to 3CX or a new 3CX configuration with a defined scope and handover. General Asterisk, FreePBX and SIP fault-finding belongs in my separate troubleshooting Gig.
Can you migrate from any existing phone system?
Usually, but the path depends on the source system, access and export options. Send the current platform and user count before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
Are the 3CX licence, hosting and phones included?
No. You provide the 3CX licence, suitable hosting or appliance, phones and any required SBC hardware. I can review the prerequisites before configuration starts.
Is telephone-number porting included?
Carrier fees and the carrier's porting process are not included. I can prepare 3CX and coordinate the technical cutover using confirmed carrier details, but I cannot guarantee the carrier's timetable.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one adjustment round to settings already included in the package. Extra sites, users, trunks, call flows, integrations or unrelated troubleshooting require an additional or custom offer.
