FAQ
Will this work with my existing theme?
Yes. Most of this is back-office and pricing logic. Where front-office changes are needed (showing group prices, MOQ warnings at cart), I integrate with your theme rather than replacing it.
Can B2B and B2C customers coexist on the same store?
Yes — that's the usual setup. Customer groups control who sees wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, and credit terms. Retail customers see the store unchanged.
Can you import my existing customer pricing data?
Yes. Send me your pricing in CSV or Excel and I'll build the import. Complex or inconsistent pricing structures may need cleaning first — I'll tell you what's needed before you order.
How does tax work for B2B?
PrestaShop handles tax rules per customer group, so B2B customers can be configured for tax-exclusive pricing or exemption. Tell me your requirement and jurisdiction and I'll confirm what's achievable.
What happens when a customer exceeds their credit limit?
Configurable — block the order, allow it with a warning, or route it for admin approval. You choose the behaviour per customer group.
Do you handle payment gateway integration?
Yes, as an extra. I've integrated Razorpay and Stripe for B2B invoice settlement in production.
Can you build a quote or approval workflow?
Yes, in the Premium package. Customer requests a quote, admin prices it, customer accepts, and it converts to an order.
