The bugs that eat weeks are rarely hard to fix. They are hard to find. It works on staging and fails in production, or it fails once every two hundred requests and nobody can reproduce it.

I have been debugging backend systems for 18 years, including telecom work for Ericsson and banking systems where "just restart it" was never an acceptable answer.

HOW I WORK

1. You send the symptom, the logs, and repository access

2. I reproduce it this is the part most people skip, and it is why they stay stuck

3. I find the root cause and tell you what it actually is

4. I fix it and write a test that fails without the fix

I am especially good at the ones that hurt: race conditions, connection and memory leaks, transaction and locking problems, timeouts, encoding issues, and bugs that only appear under load.
