HOW IT WORKS
You send the chat (WhatsApp, email, Slack, whatever you actually argue in) plus the dates involved. I read it and write it up. English or Chinese.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
I am not a lawyer and I do not write SOW templates. If you need a demand letter or a contract reviewed, hire someone qualified - I will tell you so before you order and cancel free of charge.
WHY THIS IS NOT A TEMPLATE
Every line is checkable against your own chat. If I cannot find it in the conversation, it does not go in the list.

Do you use AI to do this?
Yes. I use AI to read the conversation and draft the list, and I check every line against your chat myself before delivery. If your case is beyond what I can do well, I cancel the order free of charge instead of sending something weak.
What do I need to send you?
An export or screenshots of the conversation, the approximate dates, and one sentence on what you want the client to do next. English or Chinese only.
What will you not do?
I will not give legal advice, write a demand letter, or dress up a record. I also decline cases where the seller quietly changed the scope and wants the transcript to say otherwise.
