what information do you need before starting?
i’ll need to know the purpose of your server, the type of community you’re creating, your preferred style or theme, and any specific channels, roles, rules, or bots you would like included. if you aren’t sure what you need, i can help you decide.
can you work on an existing discord server?
yes! i can create a new server from scratch or reorganize and improve an existing server while keeping its current members and important content.
how will you access my server?
you can either invite me to the server and provide the temporary permissions needed to complete the order, or allow me to build everything in a separate server and transfer ownership to you once it is finished.
do you create custom discord bots?
no. bot setup means configuring existing bots such as dyno, mee6, mimu, yagpdb, and ticket tool. coding a completely new bot is not included.
will i need to pay for any bots?
most features can be created using free versions of discord bots. if you request a feature that requires a premium bot subscription, you will be responsible for purchasing it, and i will let you know before configuring anything.
can you write the rules for my server?
yes! custom-written server rules are included in the advanced and complete packages. i will tailor them to your community and the type of content or behavior you expect.
can you create reaction roles or role-selection panels?
yes. depending on your package, i can create self-assignable panels for colors, pronouns, interests, notifications, locations, age ranges, and other roles your community needs.
will you explain how everything works after delivery?
yes! i will provide a basic explanation of the server’s setup, permissions, and bot systems so you understand how to manage everything after the order is complete.
what counts as a revision?
a revision covers reasonable changes to the setup originally discussed, such as renaming channels, adjusting permissions, or changing role organization. completely new systems or major additions outside the original order may require an additional charge.
should i contact you before ordering?
yes, especially if you want a large or highly customized server. messaging me first allows us to discuss your ideas and make sure you select the correct package.
